Every LumaCast starts with a photo that means something. A family memory, a wedding day, a beloved pet, or a special moment. Upload your image and we'll transform it into a custom illuminated keepsake made just for you.
01 1. Upload your photo
Start by uploading a JPG or PNG image up to 25 MB. Keep in mind that brighter photos create a brighter light effect, while darker photos will result in a darker design.
For the best results, choose a bright, high-quality photo with good lighting and clearly visible details.
We don't automatically edit or enhance your image. What you upload is what we use to create your personalised design.
02 2. Crop and position your image
Before ordering, you'll crop your image to match your selected frame size.
This step gives you complete control over the final composition. You decide exactly which part of the photo appears in your finished lightbox.
Take a moment to ensure important faces, objects, and details remain inside the crop area.
03 3. Preview your design
Once your image has been processed, you'll see a 3D preview of your lightbox before placing your order.
The preview is intentionally lower quality than the final product. Production models contain much more detail and can become extremely large files, so previews are optimised for speed and responsiveness.
Use the preview to check your crop, positioning, and overall design before continuing.
04 4. We create and ship your lightbox
After your order is placed, your image is converted into a custom 3D model and manufactured specifically for you.
Production typically takes 4–5 business days, followed by 4–5 business days for delivery within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
Every piece is made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.
